Legislative & Regulatory
Our lawyers have participated in various legislative projects of drafting bills. They have had their professional investment in the development of bills of major importance that amended the current RA legislation and other legal acts. In particular, among other projects, our lawyers participated in the development of the bill on the RA Law on Registration of Rights over Movables, the RA Mining Code, the RA Law on Telecommunications. We have also participated in various projects aimed at the development and improvement of the regulatory framework in the fields of water, gas and electric sectors in Armenia.
