- Consulting an international financial institution on financing Large Agricultural Project in Armenia (including consulting on loan agreements, collateral agreements, agreements for acquisition of property, corporate issues, state permits and registrations);
- Legal support to one of the leading football clubs in Armenia for the alienation of shares, including obtaining appropriate permission from the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition;
- Legal Assistance in respect of compliance with Armenian legislation of the guarantees, issued by Armenian companies to ensure debut Eurobond offering by a group that has mining assets in Armenia and Russia;
- Assistance to Washington Capital Global Finance Inc. (California based company) in the negotiation with Armenian Government regarding possible investment in creation of geothermal power plant in Syunik region, Armenia;
- Legal assistance to the start up in launching the world's first smart wallet into the market (drafting agreements with the suppliers, providing legal opinions, etc.);
- Legal support to a company specialized in blockchain technology in development of the mentioned technologies in the Republic of Armenia, for this purpose drafting of the specialized free economic zone foundation documents and relevant agreements;
- Acquisition of Vorotan Complex of HPP CJSC assets by Contour Global subsidiary;
- Several loan and pledge agreements of Black Sea Trade and Development Bank with the Armenian counterparts;
- Legal Assistance to a foreign investor in the construction activities of gas-turbine power plants in Vanadzor and Meghri;
- Comprehensive legal support to Lydian International regarding planned investment in mining sector;
- Assistance to Clifford Chance in loan agreement between Citi Bank and an Armenian bank;
- Acquisition of shares of Ler-Ex LLC mining company by Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine CJSC;
- Assistance to Clifford Chance in restructuration of shareholders of Agarak Copper Molybdenum Combine CJSC with CIS;
- Legal due diligence of Nairit CJSC;
- Comprehensive legal support to Fortune Resources LLC regarding planned investment;
- Assistance to Clifford Chance in restructuration of Rusal PLC group companies;
- Loan agreement between Eurasian Development Bank and two Armenian banks;
- Acquisition of shares of BJNI Mineral Waters CJSC by RRR Group;
- Drafting of the new Mining Code of Armenia;
- Synopsys Armenia CJSC vs. the State Revenues Committee of Armenia. The Court ruled in favour of the client and recognized the client's right to setoff of a sum of AMD 748 million;
- Armentel CJSC vs. VivaCell (the case was in the Competition Commission of Armenia). The Commission rules in favour of the client;
- Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling Company Armenia vs. Jermuk Group, official distributor of PepsiCo. (the case was in the Competition Commission of Armenia). The Commission rules in favour of the client;
- Advising CIT, the holding company of a group of aircraft owner companies, on leasing of aircrafts in Armenia;
- Devising mechanisms for financing and leasing of Sukhoi Superjets, in sub-contract with Baker & McKenzie;
- Assisting Dundee Precious Metals Inc. with permitting for successful implementation of the client’s investment projects;
- Advising the Government of Armenia on development of a multi-sector regulatory agency (Energy, Water and Telecom), in sub-contract with Econ One (a World Bank project);
- Drafting of amendments to the various laws of Armenia in cooperation with Barents Group and KPMG Consulting;
- Drafting of various bills in collaboration with different state entities, a joint project of World Bank and USAID;
- Advising Deno GmbH on privatization of Kapan Copper Mining and Processing Company CJSC;
- Drafting of a consultancy services agreement between the water and wastewater foreign operator of Yerevan and the Water Economy State Committee of the Government of Armenia;
- Legal advisers to «Technical Assistance to the Armenian Telecommunications Sector - Armenia Support" project aimed at liberalizing the telecommunications sector in Armenia, in sub-contract with SETA Corporation. Drafting of a new Telecommunications Act with key supporting regulations, providing technical assistance to the independent regulator in an effort to strengthen the regulator’s role and to provide it with professional expertise necessary for addressing key issues that would arise in the early stages of market liberalization (The USAID project);
- Legal advisers to the World Bank project "Armenia: Development of draft rules for the supply and use of natural gas";
- Urban Heating Project;
- Development of a regulatory framework for water companies at the request of the Public Services Regulatory Commission of Armenia, in sub-contract with Castalia (France);
- Advising Metal Prince Ltd., a copper mining company, on privatization of Akhtala Mining and Processing Company;
- Advising the Government of Armenia on privatization of four electricity distribution companies of Armenia in sub-contract with, Raiffeisen Investment AG, the privatization adviser to the Government of Armenia;
- Advising Armenia TV on starting FTA broadcasting of CNN in Armenia;
- Advising Huntsman Humanitarian Housing on implementation of Huntsman Village Project aimed at erecting 400 dwelling houses in the regions of Armenia affected by the earthquake. Drafting of, and issuing legal opinions in respect of, the contracts for execution of construction and design works;
- Advising Huntsman Building Products Corporation on acquisition of the Government’s shares in Huntsman Armenia;
- Advising Huntsman Building Products Corporation, a subsidiary of the US-based Huntsman Corporation and Huntsman Chemical Corporation, on financing of a joint project with the Government of Armenia aimed at setting up and running a concrete panels and construction materials production plant;
- Advising OPIC on privatization of hotel Armenia;
- Advising Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling Company Armenia CJSC on merger with Osharak CJSC, a local beverage company.
