Overview
Artak Shadyan manages ILG debt collection team.

- Represented interests of the Compulsory Enforcement Service at the RA Ministry of Justice, Araratbank OJSC and “SEF INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSAL CREDIT ORGANIZATION” LLC at the RA courts.
- Provided current legal consulting to the mentioned companies and did other works to ensure their legal provision.
- Carried out supervision over enforcement proceedings and advised on complaints.
- Carried out negotiations with the clients of the mentioned companies having problematic loans.
- Participated in drafting several legal acts, in particular in the sectors of Enforcement Proceedings, Arbitration.
