  • due diligences of documents of different companies in the process of acquisition / sale of assets, and provision of legal opinions;
  • providing legal opinions to foreign investors on various issues related to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia;
  • drafting of templates of contracts for financial organizations.

Prior Experience
 
Prior to joining ILG, Taron Kakoyan held the office of Head of the Legal Department of “GNC-ALFA” CJSC (Rostelecom Armenia), and before that, he worked as a lawyer in “Investgroup” Construction and Trading Company operating in the Russian Federation.
