Arbitrationis considered as an effective alternative to judicial proceedings in the modern society. Our company, providing services in the field of arbitration as well, could not but pay due attention to this fact. We have been among the founders of the Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Armenia and have been constantly working towards the development of the arbitral institution in Armenia.
Although arbitration in Armenia is not being widely applied in the field of commercial relations yet, our team is experienced in handling major arbitration cases.
Our legal services offered to resolve arbitration disputes include consulting, situation analysis and identification of the strategy and tactic of handling each case. All of this is being done to ensure that the decision is made in the favor of the client. We analyze the documents of the case, develop the procedural documentation and participate in the hearings on behalf of the client.
