Overview
Sevak joined ILG from its very beginning. He has more than 15 years of experience in the field of commercial transactions, corporate law, and M&A.
Sevak is specialized in the corporate law sector, has participated in various projects related to reorganization of and consolidation between companies as well as issuance and alienation of stocks and bonds.
Sevak has participated in many processes of conclusion of various transactions between international and domestic organizations.
Experience
Advised and represented clients in a number major M&A transactions.
Represented international clients in establishment of subsidiaries and branches of companies in Armenia.
Advised companies’ managing bodies with regard to the drafting corporate regulations and decisions.
Participated in drafting of the Mining Code of Armenia.

Prior Experience
Before joining ILG, Sevak was a lawyer at the Auction Center of the Ministry of Privatization.
He worked as a lawyer also in Mirage Company.
